Inflatable Images 60-Day Limited Warranty

We warrant to the original consumer/purchaser that all Inflatable Image™ Inflatable products are thoroughly tested and inspected
before shipment and is guaranteed to be free of factory defect in material and workmanship for 60 days.

In the event of such a defect within the warranty period, we, at our sole discretion, will repair or replace
the product or provide you with another product or products of equal value. Repair or replacement shipping is free of charge;
however the consumer/purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost of shipping the defective item to Inflatable Images’ location.
Shipping replacement or repaired item may take 3 to 6 weeks depending on customer’s location.

You may return your product, with a copy of a dated receipt and a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA),
to us by completing a “Defective Merchandise Return Form”.
Please note: Any and all returns must be accompanied with a copy of your dated Order Confirmation
and a valid RMA number. Items sent without a copy of a dated Order Confirmation
and/or a valid RMA Number may be returned at the customer’s expense.

Exclusions

This warranty is valid if and only if the product has been operated in accordance with the instructions provided
with the product or as posted on our site or the retailer’s website. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from shipping,
weather, neglect, unauthorized modification, accident, misuse, abuse, vandals,
popped stitched attachments, rips, tears, punctures or holes (other then un-sewn seams) or any action which constitutes
a deviation from the instructions or the products’ suggested/intended use.
If the product is returned without a dated Order Confirmation the product is excluded from coverage of this warranty.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Inflatable Images liability for defects in material and workmanship under this warranty shall be limited to
repair or replacement of the product only, at their sole discretion and in no event shall they or their retailers,
it’s parent companies or partners be responsible for incidental, consequential, or contingent damages
(except in those states that do not allow this exclusion or limitation) or refunds including shipping costs
incurred from online purchases. This warranty is exclusive, and is made in lieu of any express or implied warranty.
This warranty is valid only for products sold and used in the U.S.A. This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

Inflatable Images reserves the right to improve the design of any product without assuming
any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured
