Continuing his remarkable scoring rampage after undergoing treatment for cancer, Mario Lemieux erupts for five goals
as the Penguins blast the Rangers 10 – 4. New York City native Joe Mullen added a hat trick for the Pens.
This winning streak would later extend to 17 games – a League record that still stands.
The Penguins 1992-93 season was the best regular season record in team history.
